I hate how Customer Service these days is so impersonal. I don't understand how they don't realize I'll calm down much faster if there's an actual person in front of me to smack in the mouth.

I actually bought Miles Edgeworth recently, but only played the very first part. I think I might put Dawn of Sorrow in my DS before that one.

It's either a Sonic or Mario game ... I'm leaning to Mario, cause I don't know if Sonic's games themselves really changed gaming as a whole. If you think so, I'm interested to hear that opinion, though.
As for Portal, I'm not feeling the immersion yet, but maybe I will.
