I have to go at the same time despite my work starting much later, because parking on campus past 8am is impossible. Today I had to pour hot water on my car to open it, then several open spots were taken in front of me, forcing me to park as far as I would have had I just slept in. FFFFFuuuu .... panda, calm, panda, calm, panda, calm, what is KPH in MPH?, panda calm, panda calm ...
Snow Day was one of my favorite Nickelodeon movies as a kid. That's all I can really add. lol
Have fun at telework!
I'm currently replaying Metroid Prime so I can get the last quarter of the gallery by beating it on hard.
I liked Metroid Fusion as well, and I saw retsupurae's take on Metroid M's cutscenes, which was funny.
It's a disaster for servers no matter what day Valentine's falls on. Having worked one at Outback Steakhouse and not finding the tips worth it, I think it's what hell might be like.
hope you feel better!
PsOne is when I got my first console for Christmas at age 7 in 1997 (N64) and my brother moved from his NES and SNES to Playstation as you did.
Oddly enough, I never played Mario 64 until late in that generation (I seriously though Star Fox 64 was a launch title and Mario came out later) and my older brother and I are not RPG fans, so his Playstation purchase in I believe 1996 was in no way based on Final Fantasy VII to my knowledge. Driver, Syphon Filter, MGS, etc. were what I remember him playing.
I do remember those old Crash and PaRappa ads, though. I also loved the OPM demo discs. A friend of my brother's tricked our next door neighbor into swapping one for one of his full games, cause "it had more games on it." His mom was not happy.
I played a lot of Tekken on that thing.
I want a MegaDron. It would be my first ever Sega console.
As for BD, I'll never play it, but that package has sexy stuff in it.
See, I like snow and ice, it's just that it needs to fall on something other than my car. That's just inconvenient and no fun at all.
A couple of my DJs had a bit of an impromptu morning segment about the holiday. When they asked what singles should do, I popped my head in the control room and said "buy candy the 15th! It'll be on sale!"
That's what I'm doing since Sunday's date will be in Dallas for some medical issues. I'll also be marathoning the second season of House of Cards that comes to Netflix tomorrow.
The Monument's Men seems interesting, but I think I'll wait for DVD.
Dammit, now I'm gonna look up a bunch of articles about how we define time, cause the subject has always interested me.
