I don't understand the misogyny claims for the first one at all, and I still remember that FoxNews The Five panel discussing Mass Effect that you referenced. What upset me most is my dad took their side, despite my explanation of how unlikely it was you'd get to that PG-13 cutscene at all (I have never played it, but I know how vidja games work). 

As for Lollipop Chainsaw, I can at least get where people are coming from, but its offensiveness is part of its charm for me, though I have not played it, either. Eh.

I do too, though I doubt it. Worth a look. 

I often watch speed runs to get a sense of how to most efficiently beat a game. That guy was nice to slow it down and explain it. 

Recently got new Beck, Fleet Foxes and U2  (http://ksauradio.com) for station I manage. Didn't know about Mastodon, will have to look out for that. Pretty sure if Foo releases anything, it'll come on a Hit Disc in the mail. 

I like bacon, there's some in my fridge now, but I prefer sausage and am not as crazy about it as the Internet. 

And I actually have 8.1, which added the Start button back ... then made you right click to use it; just to give you an idea of how hard they don't get it. 

We have a couple/few from Phil Collins, I believe "One More Night" is one. Have at least "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits, I'll see about other song you mentioned. I do believe we have what I know as The Breakfast Club theme song. lol I love playing White Wedding and esp. Rebel Yell, I think we have all his hits for the most part, except Lemon Tree, which was actually released when I was in middle/high school; might even have that one for alt rock. I'd have to check as far as GTR, but we have Tina Turner, and I believe both of those songs, actually just uploaded a LOT of Madonna songs today from a CD, and also uploaded some Billy Joel, though the song you mentioned was not one I uploaded. May or may not have it.

Slowbeef and Diabetus are great, I miss watching their stuff on the SA forums. Especially their Metroid Prime playthrough.

He's done nothing but, actually. lol I've had to resort to animals already, myself.

Granted, there could be something interesting here regarding active bloggers vs. non-active bloggers when it comes to gaming taste, for sure.
