I've loved many Uematsu themes in so many games. He's one of the best ever at video game music. One favorite that comes to mind is the Mechat Takes Off theme in Blue Dragon.

I love these chiptunes. I wish they were available to play in the recent Taiko Drum Master. I played several video game themes in that recently. It's so great to play along with the rhythm. It really gets you into the music; not as much as actually playing them on an instrument, but closer than just listening.
I remember Jeremy Parish (remember this journalist?) raving about the Etrian Odyssey music. I liked it, but it sounded closer to musak or very light classical to me.
Just saw some manual typerwriters at a Goodwill the other day. Considered getting one then realized I would have a hard time finding ink ribbon for it. The guy who founded Commodore (Tramiel?) started out as a typerwritter repairman. Can you imagine that?
I played Typer Shark on PopCop too. Mavis Beacon is comprehensive though and actually gave me the touch typing ability I'm using right now. Thanks Mavis!
OOO, Marvel Puzzle Quest. I forgot about that. I didn't like it's look on Xbox last time I looked at it, but I'm going to check it out again. It's the only one I haven't played. Oh, and Adventure Time PQ? I'll have to look at that too.
There was one on Wii too years ago. Puzzle Challenge or something like that. Very similar to PQ: Challenge of the Warlords. I played that too.
I just redownloaded The Maw to see if I missed anything. I have only one achievement left. It's the one you have to play it at 6 different mealtimes of the day: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dunch, dinner, late night feast. I missed one but not sure which. I'll probably never get it. I feel it's Twisted Pixel's best game and they never did another one or anything remotely like it again, darn it.
Yeah, really weird, that bank thing. I saw a trailer for Slime Rancher again. Island Saver is EXACTLY like Slime Rancher down to the building designs. Not the same dev though.
Now that my friend has Game Pass, I should make another attempt to get him to play with me. I still haven't beaten that first end-boss.
I really want to play Sonic Frontiers. I always felt confined by the 2D Sonics. I want to go fast through wide spaces.
With all the changes in who is inside the suit of major comic book characters lately, I like better the idea of just lesser known characters being a new team like Gotham Knights (I wonder what Rocksteady is doing right now?).
I used to follow the Harley comics and then some Suicide Squad when she became part of that team. I still like the idea of it even though I don't follow the comics and wasn't super thrilled with the films. I'll keep an eye on this game.
I should play that someday.
I probably would.
I'm getting my match-three fix with Gems of War at the moment. Same makers as Puzzle Quest, a favorite of mine.
