So need to play this.
I'm watching the ones in your previous blog right now. Got through FFU and Kirby last night. Both were cool. I'll be posting the notes I've been taking when I watch the rest of them.
Ben Edlund. I got all his comics too of the Tick. He also wrote the live action Tick (I didn't like it though) and he wrote an episode or two of Venture Bros. I love that guy.
My friend Mark has a similar injury. He got rotator cuff surgery on his right shoulder a few years ago and it's weakening again. He's had to stop playing button mashing games and typing is a literal pain.
I might be off today to make for a three day weekend. A car rammed into the store I work at and we may be temporarily closed. Then I'm not sure about the weekend. I wanted to see Island of Lemurs somewhere but it's still not in the Philly area so I may see Sin City. I will play some EDF 2025 and Silent Hill Book of Memories on Sunday and Monday most likely. Lots of Fall festivals happening in my area right now. I should go to one, but I'm sorta not into it.
I'll probably check in on that Phily game tomorrow. My interest in pro sports is pretty slight these days, but I'll be in a Philly fan crazy neighborhood just outside city limits tomorrow, so some of that zombie infection will probably rub off on me. "Fly Eagles Fly, on the road to victory. . . " See it's already got me.
Fun!
I want to see that Viewtiful Joe one. I love the style of that game.
As a kid I didn't see any video game cartoons because there weren't any. I don't think I even saw any when there were either. I've seen lots of cartoons that were turned into video games though, but that doesn't count.
Oh man, that looks good. Need me a tablet pronto.
The closest to a video game cartoon I saw in the 90's was The Tick, but it existed before it was made into a game, so it really doesn't count. I love that cartoon though.
