Playing it right now. Loving it so far. Even the platforming isn't annoying me much like it usually does. Flying is great, shooting is great, the weapons are fun, all the characters are appealing. Glad to hear there is a challenge mode after you finish the story. I want to play this some more.
I have GOT to fix my mail issues because Amazon is awesome. It would be realy cool to create a wish list and then check for sales. I would love that.
There's a Nexus review right here on Pixlbit. I'm going to read it now. Nexus is a good game to start with 'cause it's $30 and a very condensed experience. It's pacing is great: you explore, you solve puzzles, you confront a boss, the story evolves. At no time are you exploring for hours on end and forget where the story is going. I mean, that can be a good thing once your into the RC universe, but Nexus delivers all that is RC in a very direct way in a shorter time span. I kinda dig that.
I almost never buy new at Gamestop unless it is a day-one sale. I was kinda stuck for options in this one instance.
I want a divan so bad. It's going to be my handheld sofa. Maybe I'll put a shelf right next to it so I can reach all my games. Ha! It would make a great photograph too.
I didn't see any of them, but my buddy clued me in to the details of their demise. Should I go there? Ah, what the heck. One hung herself from the shower curtain rod, another had an accendental death (drug related) in a bathtub (imagine cleaning that one up), and the recent one I haven't gotten the skinny on yet. All this morbid stuff this week! Ugh!

I just started moving some of my must-have games to next gen because they are being released on the new systems like Assassin's Creed IV (which I hear has vast graphical improvements). That should postpone my need to play them until I get the new systems. I still have to play Fire Emblem Awakening, Shin Megami Tensei IV, God of War Ascension, Dragon's Crown and Muramasa Rebirth which are all on my table still shrink wrapped. ACIV can wait 'til next year.
Whoa! That sounds cool. I played the demo for Lego LOTR and was amazed at how closely they followed the movies even copying it shot for shot.
Just getting back into trophies. I noticed the people who do Xbox360achievements.org also have a very similar PS3trophies.org site. I will be using it when I'm finished with the main story in Ratchet & Clank Into the Nexus.
I played the demo for Lego Marvel and yes, Hulk was a ton of fun. I think it's funny the way you can turn him back into Bruce Banner and then into Hulk again.
I'm setting my sights on a slim PS3 right now. I think in the next year Sony will either reduce the price or offer some sweet special editions like the Silver Slim PS2 I have. I'm going to jump on that. My 40GB fat PS3 just won't do in the long run.
Right on! The industry is going where the money is - the mainstream - and that means making games more like film or TV shows (Uncharted and Walking Dead). I'm still excited by triple A games, but those clever Indie titles are starting to creep into my must-have lists and I'm thinking my next console might just be an iPad or the forthcoming Steam Box. Can there BE enough hardware options this next gen?
