So apparently Mike Mika's version is the NES one and this guy Clay Cowgill did the arcade version for the cabinet. Here's his gamplay video:

Yea, I want to experience that story sometime.
I played the demo for Catherine and didn't really get into it, but I keep thinking about it, so I may pick it up someday and try and beat it and take in the story. Definitely a unique game.
I'm amazed at how many clowns are out there in games, but I guess it's no surprise really. Kids, games, clowns. Of course.
My favorite is Bonker in the Clayfighter series. He always says, "I'm a clown, laugh" in a not so nice voice and then he throws a cream pie at you. Someone needs to go back to clown school.

That reminds me to go play Odin's Sphere.
They are both so amazing. I always gush over them while I'm replaying them. I just can't help it. The controls are so smooth and the camera angles just perfect. What an amazing show those games are.
I didn't like her attitude. Liara was much more my style.
