I did check out your Dragon Warrior review. I hope you can check out my reviews at GamerDad.com sometimes. I post so much stuff there and that's why I can't do BaD here.

You know that Double Dragon and River City Ransom were made by the same folks?
Also, did you know that River City Ransom is a sequel to an arcade game called Renegade? In Japan, both games star the same high school thug named Kunio-kun. Kunio has had TONS of games in Japan. When Kunio isn't beating up bad guys, he likes to play sports, so a lot of Kunio games are sports spin-offs. My favorite is Super Dodge Ball on the NES. In fact, that was my favorite sports game of all time until Wii Sports came along.
I never got into the NES River City Ransom game too much but I appreciated its style. I did enjoy a 3DS River City remake that Natsume published a while back.
My friend had Dragon Warrior and I went over to his house to play it when we were kids, but I never felt compelled to buy it for myself. Same goes for the first Final Fantasy game. It wasn't until FF4 on the SNES that I got into RPGs fully. To this day I still have a hard time breaking the habit of calling it Dragon Quest instead of Dragon Warrior.
When Pokemon first came out I was covering it for The Dallas Morning News, so I was reviewing any kind of Pokemon ripoff. That included Dragon Warrior Monsters. My brother Jeff LOVED it and after I reviewed it, he confiscated my copy of the game!
Last year I got Dragon Quest Builders for Christmas. My brother Jeff also loves Minecraft and this is basically a mix of DQ and Minecraft, so he loved it, too.
My favorite Dragon Quest game is Rocket Slime on the DS. Have you ever played that one? Man it's so much fun. I wish the 3DS sequel would've come out in the US.
I wish I had time to play more DQ games, but I'd have to cut work and sleep out of my life and that's not going to happen. Can't play all the games out there, you know?
Yeah there's nothing really special about Stardust Galaxy Warriors that makes it stand out, it's just a fun little unassuming simple little shooter.
If you want to play a really good, albeit short game on the Switch, try GRIS. I just finished it and am about to write my review of it.
Grune is better than all of them! Everything that came out of her mouth was hilarious.
I really liked Link Between Worlds. But then, my favorite Zeldas are the 2-D ones. I breezed through Link Between Worlds because it was so much like Link to the Past, and I played that game to death.
My favorite Xbox 360 games are Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Soul Calibur 4 and 5, Castle Crashers, and that's all I can think of right now. I really liked the 360.
My favorite Tales game is Tales of Legendia. Have you ever played that one?
I ordered my Loot Goblin amiibo online.
I like those Artovision shadow boxes, too, but at 120 bucks a pop, they're a little out of my price range. They were really nicely made, so I'm sure they're worth that much, but again, still out of my price range.
You know what amazes me is that Stern still makes pinball tables! They made a Deadpool table just last year!
The Loot Goblin amiibo may be hard to get because it's a GameStop exclusive. I doubt it does anything specific for any 3DS game. It probaby works like any other amiibo that can get you random stuff depending on the game.
Thanks for reading!
When you are looking up stuff for 1900s and 1910s, I do hope you can look up stuff on Little Nemo. Even if you just look up a couple of comic strips on the internet or a video of Little Nemo: The Dream Master on the NES. Winsor McKay was pretty interesting.
