That's the trick, figuring out what is truly just bad and a game that has some redeeming value.

. . . meant to distract us from what's really going on and keep us from REVOLUTION!
Mine too, and neither baked any cookies, but in Cookie Clicker, I can live the dream.
Love 'em brawlers. Goin' on the list.
I think some of those music choices are pretty funny like Snake Eater and Luigi's Ballad.
I get my nerd pants off with iTunes.
That's just the thing. Some games called bad can be good in some ways. That's why I'll usually give a so called bad game a try anyway.
I can't think of a game that doesn't have some addictive thing in it. Silent Hill came to mind, but as I thought about it, I seem to remember that the game let you restart it after finishing it and had points you could score for finishing it multiple times or in certain ways. I forget exactly how that worked and wiki is no help here.
I want paaaaaastaaaaaaaa!
Woa! That's cool about Wave Race. I'll remember that.
Yea, in the 90's (where I am now in my musicology trip) I was a bit down on prog as being done and over, but lately I've discovered some bands like Ozric Tentacles and Spock's Beard that I never knew about, but who were around then. Clearly the prog has continued into the current generation with your excellent suggestions. I'll look into those bands when I get to the 2000's in a month or so. I'm excited.
