That sucks, Eternal Darkness is an awesome game. I should be thankful my Gamecube is not freezing; knock on wood.

I actually really doubt it's done for, considering the outside factors whenever something has gone wrong. But eBay is always an option if it's truly kaput.
I spring cleaned my own gaming collection, only problem is I have some degree of nostalgic attachment to the vast majority of them.
$160 is an awesome return though, and it's nice to be able to buy a brand new game and memory card by just trading! Saving store credit is also a good idea. Congrats!
What games were only seventy-five cents?
That looks awesome to me. Love the last screenshot especially.
I've only played one R&C game, but I enjoyed it.
I actually really liked that song. Thanks for sharing!
Heard the Mad Season song all the time growing up, older brother was really into that stuff, since he was a teenager back then. Dig The Lumineers, they've always recreated that song perfectly when I've seen them do it live on video. Found that song "Home," by playing Song Pop, that's my favorite on the playlist. I prefer the Metallica cover of Whiskey, but that's mostly cause I grew up with that one. Thin Lizzy's version does a better job of conveying that song's sorrowfulness, and I can see why people like it more.
As for the ones I've never heard before, "Kaki King" was very nice guitar work, and "Rye Whiskey" was a good, upbeat-sounding song.
I don't recall us ever having problems with the NES or SNES that blowing didn't fix, can't remember for PSX, and disc-read errors were very common for PS2, but could usually be solved. Usually. There were A LOT of disc-read errors.
As for N64 and Gamecube, my controllers aren't the best, but the GCN itself runs fine (it's a launch model), but my N64 glitches out randomly, and is not a launch model, having received it in December '97. In its defense, though, that glitching only came into play a couple weeks ago, might just be a problem with pins, and I played it earlier this year for a long period of time, no problem, so it's lasted pretty damn long, regardless.
But RROD is the main reason I no longer adopt consoles early, and I won't be starting again this next generation.
Lol! Well, my current job was found on Craigslist, so it's not all bad.
Maybe you'll get lucky, and he just means he found a game called Blood Sports on SNES. Otherwise, run.
