Chessa and I managed to get about 150 stars and I decided it was definitely time to write the review. Sure there are 70 more to go, but it was pretty clear what the rest of the game had to offer from that point.

I went back and forth with my score on this one too. I was going to give it a 4.5/5, but my only justification for it would be that I miss the old open world 3D Mario. Galaxy 2 is a fantastic game that's most definitely better than its predecessor. Everything about it just feels better.

Being that I wasn't a huge fan of the original, for me to give this a 5/5 says a lot about its quality. I strongly suggest everyone get this game as soon as possible, it's not worth waiting.

Well now that I finally decided on a score, the review is up. I was really torn about what to score it. On one hand, I really like the game, but due to a lack of time (learning curve) I know that I'll never get to fully enjoy it. On the other hand, it's clearly the best traditional fighter of the generation, and probably in recent memory.

I was debating between 4 and 4 and a half stars, and ultimately decided on 4 after reviewing my Tatsunoko vs. Capcom review. When it came down to it, I personally enjoyed that one a bit more because it was a bit more accessible and entertaining. I have no doubt that for a massive fighting game fan, SSFIV is easily a 4.5 or a 5.

Agreed, that name is absolutely awful, especially for something that seems like a pretty sweet concept.

It's about time Kirby Super Star dropped, but honestly, it's embarrassing that Virtual Console games are barely a trickle at this point. The service has so much potential, but it seems like Nintendo unnecessarily throttles it, to the point where most weeks the releases are crap or non-existent.

I have to wonder if they are holding stuff back for a reason, though Nintendo's actions are typically without rhyme or reason.

I've had the opportunity to play this game, and it's really fantastic. I'm not sure at what price it'll release here, but $20 for either edition seems like a pretty reasonable price given the content.

Depending on my ambition, I might throw together a review for you guys soon, so let me know if you're interested.

Seriously, this is exactly what I wanted, so I commend Rare for getting it in there. I still don't understand how they didn't include it in the first place. Seems like an obvious omission, but whatever, no big deal.

I really need to organize some 4-player local-multiplayer matches because this game was absolute gold with a few friends, but so often framerate used to kill the experience. With that concern out of the way, I'm expecting some epic matches in the near future.

Most definitely, more reader mail please! I think that when a clear topic has been laid out, it's easy to talk about it, and the conversation feels less rehearsed. Additionally, it encourages conversation, the most important thing in a podcast.

This is a great offering that is most definitely tainted by horrible DRM. I really wish Capcom and other publishers would knock this crap off. The only people being hurt by this scheme are the people who legitimately buy it. Everyone else is going to figure a way around if they really want to steal it.
