Bringing back memories for me reading your play-by-play. I wish I still had a copy of it.

Oh but the shame, the shame. haha
I like that other characters will build for you. I just set up a scarecrow and watched a character prepare the land for me. I don't remember that being in the first game, but maybe.
I love the Shovel Knight character designs. I don't even know where an Arby's is near me. The one I used to know isn't there anymore. Plus, would I have the guts to ask for a kids meal?
I'll have to keep an eye out for Bladed Fury. I love those Vanillaware games.
There is a whole class of games I see in the Xbox store that isn't listed on the wiki pages I look to for new releases. 8floor games makes Gnomes Garden and a whole slew of similar casual fare. I've seen some other developers there too who make loads of point-and-click style adventure games.
I think it was Berseria now I think of it.
I'll try that. I noticed a lot of different things when using Tournament mode as well.
Both my friend Mark and I loved Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2 on GameCube way back when. I used to have my copies too until recently. I just saw some of the TV shows on DVD recently and almost bought one. I'm not sure what they're like.
My friend Mark has been replaying Sid Meier's Pirates over and over recently on Xbox One. I've also played the game a bunch back in OG Xbox days, one of my favorites. Maybe I'll jump in too.
Red Dead R2 is crazy good-looking.
Streaming GOG games to an iPad sounds great!
I must've played Zestria for like 30 minutes once. I was in a weird mood and said to my friend, "this is a girl's game". haha. "It's so chatty and pretty and all." haha. I'll still give it another chance some time, all prejudices aside.
