When my friend and I got the head-to-head working, it became a real obsession today.
Pokemon Snap for me. Curious about Psychonauts 2 as well.
What's the deal with no battle chess on current consoles? I remember that game too and it's nowhere to be found. I'd like some kind of adventure chess game too. They did some Mahjong games on PS4 with quests built into it and a story, why not chess?
I only wish. Every time I use the Wii right now, I kind of think of staying with that level of simplicity. Yeah, I got digital games stored on my Wii too, but they're not like in my face every time I start it up. I can focus nicely on one thing. But then I worry I'm getting behind on my rewards points score for the month and switch to Xbox.
There have been certain sim games I've really liked. They tended to be just a notch simpler than the hardcore ones like Zoo Tycoon.
I still remember the very beginning of Kingpin with the foul-mouthed old lady. I laughed so hard at that and then just chuckled through the rest of the movie.
I'm taking the babiest of baby steps in learning chess. I've heard Chess Ultra is good for beginners.
I got to the point in that first room where you are in bed, dressed, with a half sandwich and a stick; the dog has rolled over, and your sister has rolled off the last piece of clothing you need to leave the room. I can't do anything else. So I guess I die in there forever unable to leave my bed.
I've got to get back to some toys-to-life games. I never did finish Lego Dimensions.
I saw a sale on matchbox cars at the supermarket today. A dollar each. I almost got one, but then saw how many they had. So many. I know I'd get carried away with it if I started.
I played a few hours of 2033 and really liked it. I'd like to get back to it. Exodus looks great too. All the Metro games are easily found on Xbox One. I think they are, or were, on Game Pass as well. I want to read those books too.
