I timed myself in Farm Together so I could break away to get some other games done. It was so hard to pull away from it. Fields aren't all planted, farmhands need to be paid, one more quest. . .

My retro dreams are shattering right now. No time. Too tired from lifting books every day. Sigh.
I stopped going to arcades by '92, so I missed the fighting game craze of the 90s. I like to go somewhere in games, adventure, and fighting in an arena didn't appeal to me. I was into Streets of Rage and Final Fight. Zany claymation, however, in the Clayfighter series, is as close as I got to Mortal Kombat. Although, I do remember playing a lot of Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, but that wasn't a one-on-one fighting game, more like God of War.
I always start by liking those adventure games, but I always get stuck.

The suspense is killing me.
Daddy Kratos. I just can't get used to that.
Good stuff. I'd like to do Tai Chi one of these days too.
I played a little bit of one of the King's Quest games back then. I've always wanted to play the Space Quest games. I will sometime.
Oh yeah, that was a great video. I had the same feelings of ambiguity about whether it was on-the-nose or just paranoid.
Totally Dethklok, another show I watched that year.
