I have Ultimate but I don't have the PC to run anything like Age of Empires, which I desperately want to play. PC only though.
Some GP games are steamable on console but not all.

F1 Race Stars looks good. I always love F1 racing but those games are too hard core for me. A Mario Kart style might be just what I've been looking for.
Hob! The Torchlight II devs. Oh yes. I'll be watching for this one.
Slay looks really interesting.
I'm going to be working on Black Friday but only until 4:30, so maybe I'll cruise through some stores and see what appeals, impulsively.
Gears was fun. I started with 3 and worked backwards.
Streaming is a thing now on Xbox. Not sure how a big action game like Gears would run but that Octopath Traveller was super smooth. My friend's place (where I play mostly) has a pretty good internet connection. Maybe that's why. If I tried that at home, I know my connection wouldn't handle it.
I think it was Cassette Beasts
There's a Pokemon clone game on Xbox right now. I'm going to try it sometime.
I don't know what my schedule will be yet but it could be a Tues-Sat deal like I used to have. So I might have Sunday-Monday. I think I'm working mostly day shift too which is good. Technically I could play every night but I usually just play with my friend whenever he can, which is usually weekends. It might end up being Sunday only for a while.
Yeah, that is a pain. Today though, I played on the cloud on my Xbox. No install to wait for.
Those Metroid amiibos are pretty cool.
I saw Link to the Past high on many lists as well as Super Metroid and Super Mario World, etc... So many good games and series in the 90s. You could make a list just of Zelda games or all Final Fantasy, or Mario or Metroid. Then there's Castlevania, so many great franchises. Kirby.
I really want a collection of the Dragon Quest games. Like maybe 1-7 would be great. I haven't really played many of those and really want to.
I have others I thought about later that didn't come up at the time because they weren't listed on the first wiki page I looked at like Destruction Derby 2 and Wargames: Defcon 1.
One of these days I'm going to play FF6.
