I don't find VR very relaxing. It's cool for sure, but it feels very restrictive right now with the headset. It's going to need to come a long way before that's the case.

While I have a warmer opinion of VR than before I tried it, I still firmly believe it's a novelty. I'd still prefer to play games sans a head set while casually sitting on my couch. I like that it enables new experiences, but it's an augmentation of gaming options, not a replacement for what's there now.

Agreed, Matt. It's not the best one on the market, but for the price as an entry level investment, it's pretty great. It's really accessible and they make it simple, which I appreciated. Now I just need to try RE7!

I definitely don't love wearing the headset for long either. Very uncomfortable and it seems to give me headaches. Certain games have really triggered motion sickness for me, which isn't super surprising because rides like Star Tours do that to me too.

If you get a chance to try full VR, definitely give it a shot. It's definitely a novelty.

The change here is especially hard. It's a very old organization that's been around for 33 years with very little change. Anything that's different really seems to piss people off.

It'll be alright though, I just need to calm down and let things progress. Patience isn't always my strong suit, but I need to exhibit some and I'm sure it will be rewarded.

Super cool that you're in a code course! I obviously love it and would love others to scope out my code and either improve it or contribute to it. Open source rules.

It was a great time for sure! No updates on game dev. Honestly haven't had much time, but I really should finish the damn Steam release for PixlCross if nothing else.

Yeah, it sounds like everyone hated the Super Bowl this year. I guess it sucks that it wasn't a better game, especially since so many people are vested in the whole event.
