I have been wanting to play Battlefront and Ratchet and Clank for a while now, but hadn't had the time during the year. They look like fun.

Is that PC GTA different from GTA V?

Yeah, PS4 updates can take WAY too long. It became really noticeable a couple weeks ago when I finally got around to hooking it up again and EVERYTHING needed an update, including video apps. I don't want to know how long it took me to download that Doom demo, but then again my roommate has the lowest possible Internet speed, so I'm sure that doesn't help.

I heard Super Mario Run is now the top selling iPhone game or something; or at least that it surpassed Pokemon Go in sales? I dunno, I saw something about it doing really well. Honestly, I think $5 is my cutoff for any kind of gaming phone app. Heck, the ONLY game I've ever paid for on a phone was Sonic CD ($5).

I really liked the action and plot of Rogue One, but some of the characters fell flat for me. Definitely felt more connected to the Force Awakens characters, though the plot in that one was too derivative of A New Hope. 

Hopefully, the next one will satisfy me on both plot and character fronts. 

I did really like the blind guy and his friend, as well as the robot. The main characters had tragic backstories, but they were acted so cold I just couldn't connect with them. I'd still like to see it again, if not just for the action-packed third act. 

Nice rhyme scheme ... it would seem. 

Your hatred of that sand temple sounds similar to my hatred of the last dungeon in Spirit Tracks, which I still have not finished.

I'm guessing you watched Animal House on Netflix. I ... thought it was ok. Speaking of National Lampoon though, I think I'll find that Christmas Vacation VHS my parents have and watch it soon. Christmas tradition. 

I would love to see Allegiance ... or Hamilton ... or The Book of Mormon. 

I also tried watching Metropolis on Netflix ... and Nosferatu ... and Battleship Potemkin. Have yet to actually make it to the end of one of those.

I'm near-sighted, but my glasses are also scratched and spotty as hell. I feel you. 

The alternative station in Dallas was just replaced with Christmas music and is now "part of" the hard rock station's format, whatever that means. So while I usually like Christmas music, it's made me bitter. 

You guys have snow and seasons. I was just glad we stopped having summer weather somewhere towards the end of November. Heck, not even summer weather, it was nice out. But now I know why that professor who moved from L.A. was complaining about the lack of variety where he's from.

When I saw this, I thought "isn't that what Wii U was supposed to be?"

I've always preferred horror comedy myself ... there should be more horror comedy games.

I really don't know what my favorite albums would be, but Does This Look Infected? by Sum 41 has been in my car through some hard times.
