I decided to strictly stick to the release years of the 80s this month. So that eliminates some of those until next month.
I looked at Mega Man 1 and 2 but the original carts are pricey, and I can't get anywhere in those in the collection I have. I just can't handle the platformers unless it's Kirby. Zelda just frustrates me.
Kickle Cubicle and Adventures of Lolo look interesting. If I find them reasonable prices, I'll give them a shot.
Absolutely. The best for consoles.
Yea, I'll be busy, but it only gets more busy from here on out.
True, but I noticed quite a few great arcade games in the 90s too. I'm going to have to include arcade games in my 90s list now.
Oh great. I'll have to try Ant-Bear then.
Doesn't look like Oils Well is on the C64 Mini but there is a firmware update you can get to add games to the system. I'll probably not go that far though. At least I can play Ant-Bear though.
I watched videos on these. They seem a bit too simple for me, but they are cute. I think I like the DS games a bit better.
Cool. It would certainly be a lot of fun with two or more players.
Yeah, that's kind of cool. I may try it too.
I'm already planning my reddit post to r/xboxachievements, trying to figure out if there is a quicker time to completion that I can tell people who are just going for achievements. I see howlongtobeat gives a completionist time of 202 hours, but I'm thinking it can be done much faster if you know the system of the game well and optimize everything. I'm just playing, and learning the game as I go, having fun with it.
I know. I was surprised too. 2014 was VH: The Great War and 2023 the sequel. 9 years between them, enough time to have forgotten about it.
