I think im at 25 hours on FF12. Im really glad to be playing it again but it def seems easier. I swear it was more challenging orginally.  Regardless Im hoping to beat it this time. I got all the way to last part but never got through the grinding for the final boss.

I think I'm at about 12 now, I was up late playing it.  I'm at the tomb of Raithwall, and took a break to do some hunts. But I got to a hunt I can't handle so I'm going back to the main quest now. 

I put over 120 hours into FF 12 the first time and there were still Marks left. I had to force myself to move on. I loved the battle system. Setting up gambits for everyone was fun and made things very strategic. I was annoyed by people saying the game played itself.

Yeah I'm finding it much more strategic this time, especially with the new class system. My characters are more different this time, and I swap them out depending on the situation. Great game. 

I thought the new Spidey was good, not great, and I've honestly felt more connected to previous ones, even the Amazing series. 

It was a fun watch, but for me, it lacked a certain heart and charm factor the others had. It gets a lot of stuff right, but there's plenty that annoys me as well.

I was pretty meh on all the others. I found them kinda artificially sentimental, and for the Raimi ones, a little campy. My only complaint about this one is that to fully enjoy it you have to see the other marvel movies. Like 2000 years from now, if the Spiderman movie is all that's left of the Marvel Cinematic universe people will be like "Huh?"

Oh, they were definitely campy. That's honestly a big part of their charm for me though. 

And yeah, the newest isn't really a standalone. I pretty much like but don't love all of them, except for amazing 2. I have a soft spot for that one.

The only thing I know about FF12 is that I think there is a character who has rabbit ears.  If I were in charge of the game, she'd have a carrot sword and instead of the Dragoon command "Jump" her's would be "Hop."  So I guess it's good I'm not making FF games, huh?

I hear the Spiderman movie is good, but I'm just so sick of Spiderman.

It's probably a good thing I didn't have an iPad when I was a kid.

I hope I get FFXII next on my rental list. I want to try that battle system again. I like what mothman said about the gambit system. 

I think I'm going to catch Spider-man when it comes to homes. I haven't been much into going to the movies especially since it has been so freaking hot. The good news is that I heard the movie is good so I know I won't be wasting a couple of bucks.
