Golf Story and other Stuff

Played a bit more Golf Story yesterday. Cute game. Pretty funny too. And fun. I'm learning more about the golf in it, it's quite complex even if it's a bit cartoony. Anyway, it's relaxing to go and sit on the big chair and play.

I almost played Andromeda yesterday, but my controller was out of batteries. I've also been thinking of going back to Final Fantasy XV and finishing that. I've been really productive lately so I don't feel as bad when I game and do nothing.

I got good news the other night. When I was washing dishes after dinner, I got a call, and it was an editor at the American Journal of Poetry. They wanted one of my poems. I gladly accepted. It's a nice magazine.

Otherwise I've been writing hard, and not doing much else. I did download MGS5 from the PSPLUS area of PSN for free. Always been curious about it despite what people say. I get it for basically free, so why not?

I've also been feeling the urge to use my PSVR again after a while of it collecting dust. There're more games now and also older ones discounted, so I might check that out.

Otherwise, I hope you all are well.  I finished my "Night Shepherd in 'Nam" short story. Next time, Night Shepherd is going to the civil war.

Is there golfing on the moon? I heard that happened once.

Ah, The Margie. Just kidding, I know nothing about the American Journal of Poetry except what I just read on wiki and their web site. Looks very prestigious. Good for you! I'll read the next issue in the library where I now work.

Actually, I think there might be. The golf courses are pretty out there.

Well I never heard back from the folks at Golf Story so I guess I won't be reviewing it.  Oh well, that happens sometimes.  Maybe I'll download it myself later.  But not now.  Too many other games to play and review!
