As our world dies under the intense crushing pressure of capitalism, I remember Final Fantasy VII and say to myself, "Damn, Barret and AVALANCHE were right!"

I powered my ps4 on the other day to play Ni No Kuni, but it needed to be updated and then I got distracted. Didn't play it. Now, everytime I power on my ps4 or Switch I look at the games and say to myself, I want to play these! I gotta play these! But I never do.

I put enormous pressure on myself to make a go at writing, and I find if I'm not writing or thinking about writing, I feel guilty. I spent most of my waking hours either working on my stories or thinking about them, and that doesn't leave time for much else. It's kind of sad.

But, I made a promise to myself to make this work, and dammit, I'm gonna do it.

Not really sad imo. Producers>>>consumers. You have something going for you that most people don't. It's a kind of wealth, like owning and/or living on resource rich land. Soul feeding wealth.

I struggle with scheduling work and play. I rather think of it all as play though. I find I learn things better when I'm thinking creatively. I try and turn all my work stuff into some kind of creative production. Not everyone appreciates that though. I don't understand serious people. They are some strange fish to me. But maybe I'm just sick. I can't tell.

I have a problem sometimes with people who are too serious as well. But maybe I'm too serious sometimes too.

Remember to give yourself some time for things you enjoy that you can relax to. You might get burnt out and stressed if you dont.

I did burn out at the end of last year. I'm trying to go slower so that doesn't happen again.

Yeah, I'm trying to get back into the swing of getting back on here. You know, just getting back to talking about games and not the worlds woahs. I'm putting one together now on Tales Of Heart R and Xenoblade 2. I also scored a CRT TV for my retro games. I'll be around more soon.

I lucked up, my boss had one he did'nt want anymore. He just gave it to me. The Atari and NES looks amazing on it. I had them on my 40in LED and they looked washed out on it. Now I can usre my Zapper again, which I'm excited about.

I need to put more pressure on myself to write. I think I have enough money saved up I can take an actual break from working this summer, so I'll see if I can't pump something out.

Wonder what the world dies thing is in reference to here ... could be so many things. Iran deal? I don't know.
