I finally played the DQ11 demo last night on Switch. I LOVE this game. It's SO good. I was really impressed with the new orchestrated soundtrack, even on the Switch speakers. The Battle music is slamming.

I also bought Pillars of Eternity a few weeks ago and have been playing that. I played it a little bit on PC too. It's a great game, and Obsidian is one of my favorite developers. The controls take a little getting used to, but it's not so bad. Really convenient to have this handheld.

I'm going to buy FFVIII and the new Zelda coming out - eventually. I'd also like to get the Spyro remaster... never played those back in the day, and I've always wanted to.

Another game I'm gonna get is Luigi's Mansion on Halloween. I've never played one of those before.

I haven't gotten Fire Emblem yet, but I really want to play it. I've decided I'm going to ask for it for Xmas.

I hope all of you are doing great!

I just gazed at my box of DQXII today and wished it fit into my game plan right now. I will get to it, I swear.

I just saw PIllars of Eternity on sale on Xbox the other day and almost got it. I will eventually.

I may be playing some Silent Hill at Halloween. I've got SH2 and 3 ready to go on my Xbox and I just redownloaded the first game on my PS3, which is where I first experienced the series.

I never played Silent Hill back in the PSONE days. I wish I had.

I downloaded it on PS3 some years ago and really enjoyed it. I can't wait to try the second and third games in the series. I have the Xbox 360 HD collection. It's backwards compatible on Xbox One, so that's were I'll play them.

I thought after playing Fire Emblem that it would be impossible to top, but Dragon Quest is giving it a serious run for its money. These are like the two best RPGs of this generation, unless you want to count Breath of the Wild.

Also getting FFVIII and Zelda: Link's Awakening.

yeah, DQ11 is DQ perfected. It's amazing. It's nice to finally get a real follow up to DQ8.

I finished the DQ11 demo yesterday. That was one impressive demo. All the way to the Gallopollis area before it cut me off.

I'll play the rest when it releases at the end of the month and then again in 16 bit. I have Fire Emblem but haven't really done much with it yet.

Sounds like your Switch is staying very busy! I wanted to get Astral Chain (came out today!) but $$$. I hope to get DQ XI eventually and I'll definitely be getting the Switch version.

Astral Chain looks great but too many other great games right now. Switch is killing it.

Picked up Astral Chain last week. I played a bit and it plays really nicely. By that I mean that even an action game idiot got through without dying. :)

Yeah, looks good but too many games. I am excited though about the snes games coming to Nintendo online. Thanks again for that!

Did ya download the snes games yet?

Nintendo adding SNES games to their online service is very dangerous for me. :)

ok then, don't make me disown you. LOL

FF VIII is a must buy for me. As far as Spyro goes, I was excited for it until I learned that they were having half of it download only, even if you buy the physical card. I'm not giving those cheapskates money for that crud.

Yeah that’s pretty annoying. Seems more and more common these days.
