yeah I'm kind of missing that too. I write on a computer, so it's all very digital. With music though it's a little better, as I play keyboard and guitar. That's kind of what is missing from writing, is that physical sensation and hands on quality.

I always thought sculpture was a truly high art. I fussed with it a little in high school, the peak of which was a bird I made that got into some art show, but then I got distracted by writing and music.
oh I thought it was free this month. My bad.
holy moses! I never had a C64 until I was an adult collecting systems, but I used to go over to my friend's house and play one. It always had a mystique I couldn't touch with my NES. In retrospect, when I did have one and had to wait for the disc loading, it wasn't so cool. But damn, I love c64 music SOOO much! My roommate made a CD of the best music for me and I used to listen to it all the time. Damn.
hey Joe, I think there's a game called "The Fall" on PS+ this month. Check it out. I played it a couple months ago, and started writing a review of it but got distracted. some of the puzzles are tough, but otherwise I liked it.
yeah it's sad about Iwata. They can replace him with a new decision maker, but he was such the face of Nintendo, and had such history with the games... one of a kind.
I need a Blaze Rod. Is that anything like the magic wand from the original Zelda? Loved that thing.
I'm actually very interested in Penny Dreadful, but I have a problem concentrating on passive media like TV. (except for music).
Anyway, it's nice to hear from you. What early access games have u been playing?
I considered it, it's on my wishlist. But I figured I already have enough games. I'm kind of more interested in that PAcific Theater naval war game you posted about.
I never had a SNES, so I never played Pilot Wings. I don't even know what it looks like.
I've been cured by casuals sometimes too.
