I really enjoyed this game. Glad Mario is about exploration and less linear again. Hard to believe it's been a year. 

Nice job with the Banner Saga soundtrack. The same guy who did the Journey soundtrack did that. Both are great.

Also, cool about Red Dead. I've been playing it and have been very impressed. 

I'm glad your computer is working better now.

I'm a big Sherlock fan too and have read all the books. I didn't like the Robert Downey version, but I haven't watched the BBC version. I hated Elementary. I've heard of this new Japanese show but haven't seen it. Sherlock Holmes is goddamn timeless.

Great blog. I've never played this, but it would be great if they released a new one. I'd play that!

My brother and I played a shitload of the first Ikari Warriors when we were kids. It's not that great... but we didn't know that. We had a lot of fun. The only real problem with the game, is sometimes after you died you would be respawned behind a wall, and you wouldn't be able to move or get killed, and we'd have to reset the game. Never won it. But had a lot of fun. 

I'm excited about Spyro, but I've never played those before. I was disappointed in the Crash Bandicoot remake - not because they did a poor job, because they really didn't - but I forgot about how difficult and frustrating that game is. 

Well it certainly looks bad to me!
