pcgamer gave it a rave review, and they're one of the few publications I trust.  I'm curious about it too, but try as I did, I couldn't beat the first one.  I still want to play it though.  

Really I have heard nothing except good things, but for some bugs and issues.  Blake is playing it and likes it.  Maybe he will chime in.

yeah the title's a bit awkward, but it sort of fits too.  And they refer to cancer as a dragon multiple times during the game. 

it's pretty difficult to play, Angelo.  But it's also beautiful as well.
