My favorite album is his blues album. Very simple, no multitracking, just him and his band. On it, it's mostly blues covers, and the design of the album is just pictures of all the blues men he looked up to. I definitely recommend it.

no, he wasn't the greatest, and I think he admitted that. there were other guys around the same time or before that he looked up to. But he was definitely the most unique. His uniqueness doesn't sound so obvious now since we've had a generation of copycats unfortunately.
But like you said, the top bunch are always the same.
More people should listen to Hendrix though. Love that guy!
I like the higher numbers of "greatest" lists. like 70-100. That's where stuff I've never heard before usually is.
eh, I do that all the time at home.
I found an interesting rumor the other day that Nintendo isn't going to have an optical drive in the NX, that it might use some sort of card-based media instead. It makes sense, and would kind of be a cool development. Optical drivesd fail, and the discs get scratched. I would be totally in favore of this.
I could never get into Borderlands. I played one with my brother but I was so burned out on FPS at the time and I just couldn't handle it.
yeah i don't really understand the details, but from what I understand, the pre-rendered cut scenes take more to "fix". They did it for FFX and X-2 for the re-release and the shit looks great, but mostly I think it's kind of a bitch.
I'm really excited to play this game, but I've just got a couple other things in the way right now.
I don't run into breathable planets as much as I run into gas planets I guess.
yeah it's pretty fun!
i haven't run out of fuel so much as I have ruined my hull or ran out of oxygen. Yeah, it's a really chill game, puts me in a nice relaxed state.
