Ninja's aren't my thing, because they sneak a lot, and I dislike sneaking in games. I do like it when they sword fight though, like in Ninja Gaiden. Just don't make me sneak. I'm not a sneaker. haha
I've got to try a Fatal Frame game some day.

Oh, right. That makes total sense.
Exactly. I should go for GrimGrimoire OnceMore, but I still have the original and I shouldn't spend much right now.
I love OLED screens! I have the OLED Switch and I want to upgrade my TV to OLED, but I have to save money right now. I usually play docked too, which makes me wonder why I bothered with the OLED, but one of these days I'll play it portable. The old launch PSVita turned me on to OLED.
Argh! I totally missed Comic Book Day even though I put a reminder on my phone. Thing was, I was too far away from the store when the alarm went off.
Lucky you have a partner who plays games. My girlfriend and I watch movies, but that's aboout it.
I love the ones you described where they really play with the conventions of the genre. I love that sort of thing.
I was thrilled to see that. It's always cool to see a new illustration for a great game.
Too bad Drakan isn't linked to Nier. That would've been a cool legacy.
"moment-to-moment thrills, not the pursuit of perfection." well put. I have to stop beating myself up for not finishing games. Sometimes just the small amount I've played in a game is enough.
I sort of ignored Disco Elysium at first because I wasn't into that type of story, but the more I look at it, the more interesting it becomes to me. I may have to try it.
I was always curious about Sackboy A Big Adventure. I wasn't into the 2D platformer version, but in 3D I might be into it. It's still not cheap though, otherwise I'd pick it up to try. Tails of Iron looks cool too. I have it on my wish list.
Wow! This sounds really cool. I love humor in games, especially in RPGs. It's a pretty rare thing. RPGs usually take themselves so seriously.
Japan got a virtual console release for Wii-U I see.
I just saw the trade a few days ago, I think. The trades for the previous Witcher stories are around too.
